Good for: Parents of Jamie Oliver host you in a delightful country pub offering award winning food and accommodation. The drive there and back will take you through some lovely villages which open and close in national speed limits. Enjoy.

Good for: A charming pub and restaurant offering great food in nice surroundings – don’t leave the way you came and enjoy a nice drive back via Nasty (excuse the pun) to the unit winding through the countryside.

Hanbury Manor
Good for: A Jacobean-style manor house set in 200 acres – think wood-panelled libraries and cosy fireplaces, far to much to list but rest assured it has it all. Our highlights are afternoon tea at their award-winning restaurant or simply a more relaxed bite to eat at the golf club followed by a walk around the grounds. …and if you really want the feel good factor drive right up to the Manor House entrance and insist on the complimentary parking.

Good for: More of a quick fuel stop to grab deli style items. Worthy of note is the herbed ham, chill olives and of course their coffee. Seating is limited.

Good For: Locally sourced produce, sandwiches, cakes, coffee, a quaint place to stop for lunch. They also have a selection of grocery staples - certainly more picturesque than Tesco!
